3. Project description questions
   1. Answer all five specific questions within the space parameters provided in their application form
4. A resubmission statement (if the current application is a resubmission of a previously declined application)
5. A detailed budget (see budget template and example also in this packet)
6. A bibliography (maximum 10 pages)
7. A CV for the applicant and supervisor
8. Four (4) paper copies of the Project Description Questions must be mailed to the foundation in addition to the online application submission
