Dr. Carelock is an anthropologist who will talk about her work using anthropological skills such as ethnography to address the ways humans interact with technology and technology systems. As a researcher at Meta, Dr. Carelock works on projects related to enhancing privacy. She has also worked as a special projects director on the presidential transition providing technology-focused briefs for various agencies.
