Postdoctoral Scholar in Medical Anthropology and Global Health at CWRU

The Department of Anthropology in the College of Arts and Sciences at Case Western Reserve University invites applications for a postdoctoral scholar position in our program in medical anthropology and global health beginning in the 2020-2021 academic year. This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal for an additional year. The position includes health insurance and a $3000 discretionary fund.

Expertise in all areas of medical anthropology and global health are welcome, with preference given to those complementing the expertise of current faculty. The position includes teaching one course per semester. The accepted applicant will be assisted in developing new professional skills and starting or continuing a research program with mentorship from the senior faculty and faculty development resources. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. or comparable degree within five years prior to the date of appointment.
